Unlike in most of the world, Amazon isn’t the top dog among ecommerce websites in Singapore.
But don’t feel too bad for Bezos, because it’s still at #3 on the list, generating close to five million monthly visits:
The ecommerce giant’s own research reveals that 53% of Singaporeans want to see more items from local brands in ecommerce stores. So Amazon stocks a wide range of products from local favorites like Hush Candles, PRISM+, and Epitex via its small business store.
As any experienced affiliate marketer will tell you, Amazon’s affiliate program — Amazon Associates — is regularly updated, but commission rates currently range from 2.2% – 12% per sale, depending on the product category.
It also runs short-term “bounty events” that pay fixed commissions for specific actions, like driving Amazon Prime free trial signups.
Amazon Associates is open to bloggers, publishers, and content creators with qualifying websites. Got a social media account with a big following? Sign up for Amazon’s separate influencer program.
- URL: Amazon Associates Singapore affiliate program
- Managed by: In-house
- Commission rate: 2.2% – 12% per sale
- Cookie duration: 24 hours
- Products/Services sold: More like what don’t they sell?
- Payment methods: Bank transfer, check, Amazon gift certificate
- Market(s): Singapore only
- Additional resources: Customized linking tools
2 Lazada
Not many companies can claim to be bigger than Amazon, making Lazada.sg a rare exception (at least in a solely Singaporean context):
How has it knocked the big “A” off its perch? In part because it’s backed by another of the world’s ecommerce behemoths, Alibaba.
The marketplace is used by 130 million annual active consumers and over 920,000 sellers, so Lazada is a household name in Singapore. That makes for a comparatively easy “sell”.
Lazada is pretty coy about the terms and conditions of its affiliate program. But it does tout a cookie duration of 30 days and a commission rate of up to 40% per sale — both of which are massively higher than Amazon Associates.
- URL: Lazada affiliate program
- Managed by: In-house
- Commission rate: Up to 40% per sale
- Cookie duration: 30 days
- Products/Services sold: Electronics, health and beauty, home decor, groceries, and more
- Payment methods: Bank transfer
- Market(s): Singapore only
- Additional resources: Unlisted
3 AirAsia
How’s this for an obscure stat: Singaporeans are the world’s 14th most frequent flyers, taking an average of 4.21 flights per year. That’s twice as many as the average American. So travel affiliate programs are an ideal fit for would-be affiliates targeting audiences in Singapore.
Which brings us nicely to AirAsia, one of Southeast Asia’s leading budget airlines. They’re extremely well regarded, being named the world’s leading low-cost airline at the World Travel Awards for 10 years in a row.
The airline flies direct to eight Malaysian locations from Singapore’s Changi Airport, including to Kuala Lumpur — the second-busiest international route on the planet.
Like Lazada, AirAsia hasn’t published a ton of details about its affiliate program, but it does quote commission rates of up to 9% per sale.
If you’ve read our roundup of the best airline affiliate programs, you’ll know that’s way higher than most operators (Etihad, for instance, pays a measly 1.6%).
- URL: Airasia affiliate program
- Managed by: Partnerize
- Commission rate: Up to 9% per sale
- Cookie duration: Unlisted
- Products/Services sold: Flight tickets
- Payment methods: Unlisted
- Market(s): Global
- Additional resources: Banner ads, product feed, deep product linking
4 eBay
Historically, eBay hasn’t seen the same success in Singapore that it’s enjoyed in North America and Europe. Indeed, it’s only the 10th biggest Singaporean ecommerce store in terms of traffic.
But there are signs of a brighter future for eBay. The marketplace tops YouGov’s 2021 list of Singapore’s “big brand movers”, a ranking of brands that have seen “statistically significant” upticks in consumer perception.
eBay saw increases across several categories, including customer satisfaction, quality, and overall reputation — all of which are attractive selling points.
The ecommerce giant’s affiliate program pays commissions of up to 4% per sale, with rates varying across product categories. The biggest rewards can be found in fashion and motors, while real estate sales only pay 1% (although honestly, who’s buying a house on eBay anyway?).
The only real downside is the cookie window, which is the same as Amazon’s: a measly 24 hours.
- URL: eBay Partner Network affiliate program
- Managed by: In-house
- Commission rate: 1% – 4% per sale
- Cookie duration: 24 hours
- Products/Services sold: Fashion, electronics, garden & DIY products, health & beauty, and more
- Payment methods: PayPal, bank transfer
- Market(s): Various
- Additional resources: Custom graphics & banner ads, branded creatives & logos, deals & events, reporting tools
5 Castlery
Singaporeans are among the world’s biggest spenders on interior design, shelling out almost US$630 per person on home decor products per year. That’s about as much as the rest of Southeast Asia combined.
This makes direct-to-consumer furniture brand Castlery a compelling proposition for affiliate marketers targeting Singaporean shoppers.
Castlery is all about modern furniture at competitive prices. And its messaging clearly works, because Castlery’s website attracts the fifth-highest traffic levels of any ecommerce store in Singapore. All that brand awareness will be a big help when it comes to turning traffic into clicks and sales.
Speaking of sales, the brand cites commission rates of up to 20%, adjusted monthly based on performance.
However, Impact, Castlery’s affiliate network, only mentions a 5% commission rate. Presumably you start at the base level but have the potential to earn more if you generate a ton of sales.
- URL: Castlery affiliate program
- Managed by: Impact
- Commission rate: Up to 20% per sale
- Cookie duration: 30 days
- Products/Services sold: Furniture, bed & bath products, accessories
- Payment methods: PayPal, check, wire transfer, direct deposit, ACH transfer
- Market(s): Various
- Additional resources: Personalized marketing support, unique promo codes, deep product linking, product catalog
6 Zalora
We’ll let you in on some bad news about ecommerce in Singapore: two-fifths of Singaporeans are less than satisfied with online shopping sites. Blame it on high shipping costs, steep product prices, and slow delivery times.
But there’s a silver lining in Zalora, an ecommerce store bucking the trend. Indeed, one survey revealed they have a higher customer satisfaction rating than any other ecommerce business in Singapore:
Pleasingly, Zalora also generates a ton of traffic. They’re the seventh-biggest Singaporean ecommerce site by traffic levels. High traffic volumes and lots of satisfied customers are a dream combination for affiliate marketers.
With the Zalora affiliate program, Singapore affiliates earn commissions of 6% for new customer sales and 4% for returning customers, with the opportunity to earn higher amounts for top performers and during campaign seasons.
Zalora also runs a separate influencer program, paying up to 10% in cash commissions or up to 15% in Zalora vouchers. So if you’ve already got a large audience, this affiliate program could be the perfect fit.
There’s just one problem. According to affiliate network Involve Asia, Zalora only has a conversion rate of 1.19%. For comparison, global fashion ecommerce conversion rates range from 1.35% – 2.24%, depending on the month, so Zalora could use some work here.
- URL: Zalora affiliate program
- Managed by: InvolveAsia, Optimise Media, ACCESSTRADE
- Commission rate: 4% – 6% per sale
- Cookie duration: 7 days
- Products/Services sold: Apparel & accessories
- Payment methods: Check, direct deposit, international direct deposit, wire transfer, Payoneer
- Market(s): Singapore only
- Additional resources: Deep product linking, banner ads, vouchers, product feed
7 Secretlab
You’ll be shocked to learn that Singaporeans like gaming.
Okay, that’s not exactly breaking news. But you might not know that 41% spend 15+ hours a week playing video games, while the vast majority — over nine in 10 — spend money on games every month. One-third spend at least $100 per month on console, mobile, or PC games.
All of which means gaming-related programs are a fantastic opportunity for affiliates in Singapore.
Enter Secretlab, regularly recognized as the world’s best gaming chair brand. Its chairs carry a five-year guarantee and are used by some of the biggest names in esports, including Valorant Champions and LoL Esports.
Those brands are instantly recognizable to anyone who’s obsessed with gaming (AKA precisely the type of person who’s prepared to spend hundreds of dollars on a gaming chair).
Secret claims its affiliate program sees average conversion rates that are five times higher than other gaming chair affiliate programs. Obviously, we have no way of verifying that, but the commission rates of up to 12% are certainly appealing.
- URL: Secretlab affiliate program
- Managed by: In-house
- Commission rate: Up to 12% per sale
- Cookie duration: 7 days
- Products/Services sold: Gaming chairs, gaming desks
- Payment methods: PayPal
- Market(s): Singapore only
- Additional resources: Personalized affiliate dashboard, remarketing campaigns
8 Sephora Singapore
Beauty and personal care is big business in Singapore. The market is expected to reach US$1.1 billion in 2023, while the average Singaporean woman spends about S$270 per month on beauty and wellness.
It’s safe to say Sephora dominates the market in Singapore. Sephora stores are comfortably the most popular destination for Singaporeans to buy makeup, while its website is at #3. The retailer’s stores also rank #2 for skin care purchases, with its website coming in fifth place.
In other words, pretty much everyone in Singapore knows Sephora, and many have already bought from them. So you shouldn’t have to work too hard to close the deal.
Sephora’s affiliate program pays commissions of 7% for new customer sales and 2.5% for returning customers. It also offers a 30-day cookie window, which is pretty generous for such a well-established brand.
- URL: Sephora Singapore affiliate program
- Managed by: Impact
- Commission rate: 2.5% – 7% per sale
- Cookie duration: 30 days
- Products/Services sold: Makeup, skincare, fragrances, bath & body products
- Payment methods: PayPal, check, wire transfer, direct deposit, ACH transfer
- Market(s): Singapore only
- Additional resources: Unique promo codes, deep product linking, product catalog
9 CHARLES & KEITH
Singapore’s fashion market is projected to reach almost US$3.2 billion by 2027, by which time the average consumer will spend an estimated $915 on fashion-related purchases.
Seems like Singaporeans really love to shop, huh?
One homegrown brand that’s ready to ride this wave is Charles & Keith. They’ve got everything a fashion-forward Singaporean could want, from chic shoes to fab bags and accessories.
Remember how over 50% of locals are craving more local goods from online shops? Charles & Keith is perfectly poised to cash in on that trend.
Sign up for Charles & Keith’s affiliate program to earn 6% on sales to new customers, dropping to 3% for existing customer sales. In other words, more or less identical to Zalora — but it does offer a slightly longer cookie window.
C&K also runs an ambassador program for content creators, so consider joining that instead if you’ve got an established audience.
- URL: Charles & Keith affiliate program
- Managed by: Impact
- Commission rate: 3% – 6% per sale
- Cookie duration: 10 days
- Products/Services sold: Women’s shoes, bags, accessories, sunglasses, kids’ shoes
- Payment methods: PayPal, check, wire transfer, direct deposit, ACH transfer
- Market(s): Singapore only
- Additional resources: Unique promo codes, deep product linking, product catalog, banner ads
10 JD Sports Singapore
If you’ve been paying attention to the last 2,500-ish words, you’ll know Singaporean consumers love buying stuff, and trainers are no exception. Revenue in the footwear market is set to surpass US$1 billion in 2023, with the average customer expected to purchase nearly five pairs of shoes throughout the year.
That’s where JD Sports Singapore comes in. Its parent company is one of the biggest names in the UK footwear market, and it’s been a fixture in Singapore since opening its first local store at Jurong Point Shopping Centre back in 2018.
Managed through the Rakuten affiliate network, JD Sports Singapore offers flat commissions of 4% per sale and a 14-day cookie window. Given Singaporeans’ predilection for buying lots of shoes, there’s a solid opportunity to earn repeat commissions here.
- URL: JD Sports Singapore affiliate program
- Managed by: Rakuten
- Commission rate: 4% per sale
- Cookie duration: 14 days
- Products/Services sold: Shoes
- Payment methods: Direct deposit, PayPal, check
- Market(s): Singapore only
- Additional resources: Unlisted
11 SHEIN
Chinese-owned and Singapore-based SHEIN has been a runaway success story in the fast fashion world in recent years, and has ambitious plans to hit annual revenues of $58.5 billion in 2025. That’s more than the annual sales of H&M and Zara combined.
With their ultra-aggressive pricing, regular promotions, and catalog of 2+ million products, who’d bet against them? But they’ll need plenty of help from their network of affiliates if they’re going to succeed.
This is reflected in the attractive terms of SHEIN’s affiliate program, which offers a lengthy 30-day cookie window — three times longer than Charles & Keith — and sky-high commissions of up to 20% per sale. They even pay extra monthly cash bonuses on certain promotions.
On the face of things, this makes SHEIN one of the very best Singapore affiliate programs. However, there are signs that consumers are turning away from fast fashion — so if you’re looking to ride the gravy train, you’d better get onboard fast.
- URL: SHEIN affiliate program
- Managed by: In-house, Admitad, Awin, CJ Affiliate, Pepperjam, ShareASale
- Commission rate: 10% – 20% per sale
- Cookie duration: 30 days
- Products/Services sold: Fashion, shoes, accessories, beauty products
- Payment methods: Check, direct deposit, international direct deposit, wire transfer, Payoneer
- Market(s): Global
- Additional resources: Regularly updated banners & coupons, affiliate newsletters featuring new activities & promotions
12 InvolveAsia
Enough affiliate programs; let’s take a look at Singapore’s top affiliate networks.
First up is InvolveAsia, which — as the name suggests — is a network focused on Asian markets. It works with 500+ brands across ASEAN countries. It includes big names like Love Bonito and Reebonz.
The network offers a wealth of tools to help affiliates drive sales and track conversions. Its data feed makes it simple for users to promote products from multiple retailers.
It also provides an Express Withdrawal option, allowing affiliates to pocket their commissions within 15 days of a conversion (although various terms and conditions apply).
As well as “traditional” affiliates, InvolveAsia is open to working with content creators and social media influencers, whether your audience is on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or anywhere else online.
- URL: InvolveAsia affiliate network
- Payment methods: PayPal, bank transfer
- Brands: Love Bonito, Reebonz
13 Cuelinks
One of the more time-consuming (and annoying) things about affiliate marketing is going through your content and using an affiliate link generator to monetize your product recommendations.
Cuelinks solves this issue by allowing members to simply copy-paste a snippet of JavaScript code into their website footers. Just like that, all your links become monetized, regardless of when you wrote the content.
And unlike with most networks, you don’t have to constantly update your links when advertisers change their affiliate programs. You only need to use the original URL — Cuelinks takes care of the rest.
The platform has partnered with all the major affiliate networks and also works directly with some advertisers, giving affiliates access to 1,000+ campaigns.
The only slight downside here is that Cuelinks works on a strictly Net 60 payment basis, so you’ll need to wait a couple months to receive your commissions.
- URL: Cuelinks affiliate network
- Payment methods: Bank transfer
- Brands: Pomelo Fashion
14 Commission Factory
A common complaint of affiliate marketers based outside the US is the difficulty of finding local programs on big affiliate networks. For instance, of the 3,257 total programs on CJ Affiliate, only about 12% are available in Singapore.
That’s why it makes sense to choose a more regional network like Commission Factory, which specifically serves Asia-Pacific. It works with over 600 brands, including global names like Airbnb, Etihad Airways, and Samsung.
The platform’s tools and resources — including banners, links, coupon codes, and clickless tracking — work whether you have a blog, mobile app, website, Facebook fan page, or pretty much any other means of reaching your audience.
Pleasingly, Commission Factory pays commissions weekly via multiple methods, including bank transfer and PayPal. Plus its tracking and reporting features help you understand exactly where your commissions are coming from.
- URL: Commission Factory affiliate network
- Payment methods: PayPal, bank transfer, check, prepaid Mastercard
- Brands: Future Light, WantitAll
15 Indoleads.com
Indoleads.com started out as a Southeast Asian-focused affiliate network, but has since expanded into a global concern, working with partners in 180+ countries.
The platform pays an average CPA of $9.7, which is pretty respectable. It also has various other payment models, including cost per lead and cost per sale. So whatever types of traffic you drive, you’ll find an affiliate program to fit.
Members can access a host of tools and resources, including coupon feeds that help affiliates showcase discounted products and services without worrying about adding tracking links.
Indoleads.com also offers a deep affiliate link builder, which makes it easy to point your audience toward any page on an advertiser’s website, helping you streamline the user journey and boost conversion rates.

- Payment methods: PayPal, wire transfer
- Brands: Pomelo Fashion, Nike, Foreo
How To Start Affiliate Marketing in Singapore
One of our favorite things about affiliate marketing is that you don’t need a ton of financial or material resources to get started.
Instead, you just need to:
- Find a profitable affiliate marketing niche.
- Track down relevant programs selling reputable, desirable products.
- Add an affiliate link or two to your blogs, social media accounts, or email newsletters (or whatever channel you use to reach your audience).
Of course, while it sounds simple on paper, in reality getting started as an affiliate is a lot of hard work. In our experience, many affiliates give up before they build anything approaching a job-replacement income.
So do yourself a favor: before you dive in, check out our in-depth guide on how to start affiliate marketing.
How To Find the Best Affiliate Programs in Singapore
Here are two quick-and-easy strategies for finding the best affiliate programs for your audience:
1. Research Individual Affiliate Programs
The first method is to track down relevant affiliate programs with a simple Google search for “[your niche] + affiliate programs”:
Alternatively, let other affiliates do the leg work by checking out their websites and seeing which brands they’re promoting. Then you can do the same. Easy, right?
2. Join Affiliate Networks
Another approach is to start by joining an affiliate network.
Most big global networks — like CJ Affiliate, Impact, and ShareASale — have search filters that make it easy to find affiliate programs targeting customers in Singapore:
The majority of networks accept all “flavors” of affiliate marketer — including bloggers, website owners, and social media affiliates — while many provide preferential terms for affiliates with established audiences.
Conclusion
Of course, finding a great affiliate program that resonates with your audience is only one piece of the puzzle.
Building a constant stream of traffic, clicks, and sales is a whole other kettle of fish.
While some affiliates have built audiences and revenue streams through social media platforms, podcasts, and email newsletters, your safest bet — at least in our opinion — is to launch your own website. That way, you can leverage multiple promotional channels, including:
